Jaden Daly
Jaden is a learner at heart who hopes to be a student for the rest of his life. He currently plans to achieve an M.Div. and M.A. in Theology at Abilene Christian University. He finds absolute joy in late-night talks about God with friends, the smell of a fresh new book, and everything to do with the outdoors. Since the moment he could begin working, Jaden has found employment at H-E-B, and he has loved every minute of meeting new people and serving those in his community he often doesn’t get to see.
Jaden is excited about many future job opportunities, and therefore is ready for almost anything. He is currently passionate about ministry and teaching Bible at a college or a church, though, and during his time as a fellow, he is interested in finding employment in ministry or teaching or with a nonprofit organization. Madelyn is passion-fueled deep down and desires the opportunity to be a creative thinker in whatever task she is handed. Madelyn feels gifted with a mighty faith and thanks the Lord for constantly replenishing it. Alongside a passion for seeking Christ in all ways, she has always grown up with a fondness for dancing and has consistently had a profound love for teaching many dance styles to all ages. Madelyn is pursuing her bachelor's in Christian Ministry at Abilene Christian University. She has been heavily involved with teaching at many dance studios, has always adored being involved with kids and youth, and treasures devoting time to young adult women’s ministry on the weekends.
Madelyn is happy to be able to serve the Lord in assisting and helping God’s kingdom reign in ministry, no matter what that might look like. During her time as a fellow, she is most interested in working in a church or a non-profit because that is what she feels her degree prepares her for as a ministry major. Why are Madelyn and Jaden excited about being part of Eden Fellows? Here’s what they had to say:
“We are excited about being Eden Fellows because this thoughtful program seeks to engage people’s hearts and minds in the reality of God’s work in our modern context. As a newly married couple, we are both yearning for an intentional community where the love of Christ is being actively pursued, which this program will foster. We feel thankful for the unique opportunity to get ministered to by such an intercultural and intergenerational group, which will broaden our understanding of who the Lord is and who we are in Him. Overall, we look forward to being a part of Eden Fellows, for it will be an avenue in which God may refine us to know and love Jesus Christ more fully.”
As a wedded pair, Madelyn and Jaden desire to seek to love God and others the best they can.
They both strive to dedicate as much time as they can to serving and participating in their local church and community, through child care, the prayer team, the welcome team, Bible studies, and community groups.
