Arnold graduated from ACU magna cum laude as an honors graduate and Jack Pope Fellow with the Class of 2020, after which, he dedicated a year of service with the International Rescue Committee in Abilene. While at ACU he had also spent years working diligently with the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Student Life, and International Students to improve the experience of minority and first-generation students.  Arnold comes from a uniquely diverse background, having lived in 8 countries, the experiences of which have fueled his mission toward uplifting the voices and circumstances of marginalized communities. He firmly believes that to deepen one's lifelong relationship with God is to pursue one’s knowledge of him on top of one’s relationship with him. As such, Arnold is now working on completing an M.A. in Theology.

Arnold loves working to uplift marginalized communities, and during his time as an Eden Fellow, he is continuing in that vein by focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion at ACU, both in the spiritual formation of international students and through his work with ACU’s Office of Multicultural Affairs. Please take a look at his résumé if you would like to know more about Arnold!

Why is Arnold excited about being an Eden Fellow? Here’s what he had to say:

“I’m excited to engage with the curriculum of regenerative culture and to apply it in my work as I aid marginalized communities in Abilene. I’m also looking forward to the intentionality of the program to focus on my relationship with God among the other members of the cohort—to share experiences and reflect on my journey with like minded servants of God.”
